At Frost Lab Jewelry, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and true Miami craftsmanship. Whether you’re ordering a pendant, ring, grillz, or a one-of-one design, our process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused.

Step 1 — Submit Your Idea

Start by sending us your concept, pictures, sketches, or inspiration.

You can:
• Use the “CONTACT” form
• Upload reference images
• Describe your style, materials, and budget

After submitting, a Frost Lab specialist will contact you within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Receive Your Quote

Based on your design, we provide:
• Production cost estimate
• Turnaround time
• Material options
• Stone options (Moissanite, Lab Diamond, Natural)
• Size and customization recommendations

Quotes are completely free.

Step 3 — Design Deposit

To begin your project, a design deposit is required. This covers:
• CAD design
• 3D modeling
• Design revisions
• Preparation for production

This deposit is fully applied to your final total.

Step 4 — CAD / 3D Design Preview

Our designers create a realistic 3D model of your custom piece for approval.

You will receive:
• Multiple angle previews
• Accurate sizing details
• Stone layout visualization
• A final approval request before production

We do not begin production until you approve the design.

Step 5 — Mold & Measurements (If Needed)

For grillz or any custom-fitted item, we create a mold or capture precise measurements.

Options include:
• In-person mold appointment (Miami)
• Mail-in mold kit

This ensures a perfect fit and professional accuracy.

Step 6 — Production Begins

After approval, your piece enters production. This includes:
• Wax model creation
• Casting (14K / 18K Gold, Silver, etc.)
• Stone selection and setting
• Polishing and finishing
• Final quality check

Typical production time is 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.

Step 7 — Final Payment

Before your piece ships or is picked up, the remaining balance is due.

Step 8 — Pickup or Shipping

Choose the delivery method that works best for you:
• Secure tracked shipping
• In-person pickup (Downtown Miami)

Every Frost Lab piece undergoes a final inspection to ensure quality, shine, and accuracy before it reaches you.
